confections for your family and friends who should eventually become paying
customers!

Having acquired world-class professional training from the French Pastry School in Chicago, running a confectionery business for over two decades, and winning multiple awards, I am excited to share my knowledge with you  and other corporate executives looking to upskill into a profitable exit from a  9-5 lifestyles into more adventures with sugarcraft.

As a former office executive with SPDC (Shell Petroleum Development Company) and former software programmer with Systemtech, I understand the “entrepreneurial seizure ” when you feel like it’s time to try new things & pivot into a new phase of life.

Cake Camp Curriculum

  1. KNOW YOURSELF: Who are you and what will give you the greatest fulfilment in life? (worksheet assigned after class)

  2. WHY DO YOU WANT TO LEARN HOW TO BAKE? Beginning with the end goal in mind helps you stay the course of your goal especially when you hit obstacles or when you get to the messy middle of your quest. (worksheet assigned after class)

This is the foundation of anything cakes. From recipe formulation to actual baking. Baking is “cooking with precision”, understanding the measurements of key cake ingredients and their characteristic function in a recipe can make all the difference in great tasting cakes and texture

After you have learnt how to bake with confidence, the next core skillset is to develop good decorating skills. With our Sugarcraft classes, you can build on from basic to more daring cake decorations. Our structured step by step process will teach you how to gain mastery and decorate so well, you will earn an award in no time!

Decorating Medium: You will learn the use of the different decorating medium to stack and cover a cake with beautiful outcome.
